Order Dispatch Times

All orders placed before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Dispatch refers to the order leaving our warehouse or supplier. Delivery time frames may vary depending on location and courier.

Delivery Time frames

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  Sydney Metro: Same-day or next business day

  NSW Regional: 1–3 business days
  
• 
  Interstate Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
  
• 
  Remote or Regional Areas: Additional delivery time may apply

Shipping Methods

1STOP uses trusted courier and freight partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently.

Shipping may be completed via:

  Courier delivery

  Freight delivery for bulky or palletised orders

  Direct supplier dispatch for selected products
  

Shipping methods are selected based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Bulky and Palletised Orders

Large or bulk orders, including pallet wrap, PPE in volume, or heavy items, may be shipped via freight. These deliveries may require forklift access or suitable unloading facilities. Additional freight charges may apply and will be confirmed prior to dispatch where applicable.

Authority to Leave

If no one is available at the delivery address, parcels may be left in a safe location at the courier’s discretion unless otherwise specified. If authority to leave is not provided, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

All deliveries should be inspected upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
